Qurbani for Bangladesh

Bangladesh is under lockdown again, will there be a shortage in Qurbani meat distribution???
Currently, Bangladesh is experiencing a rise in corona cases again? Many people are affected and dying on a daily basis. That means, along with health issues, people are struggling financially.
Many people will not be able to sacrifice an animal for Qurbani. Meat distribution to the poor and needy will be limited across the country this year.
We are raising money for Act of Goodwill, Inc. and Smile For All to sponsor a Qurbani project. We intend to feed those who are not only visibly needy but, also those who can’t ask others.
Your contribution will make a huge impact, whether you donate $5 or $500. Every little bit helps. Thank you for your support. And if you decide to give, you can choose who can see that you donated or donate privately.
Check our Act of Goodwill and Smile For All FB page for our work.
We can’t really determine the exact price of a whole cow or goat due to lockdown. However, based on previous budget (includes butcher charge) a decent animal will range:
Cow approx $1,200-1,500 (80-1 lakh taka)
Goat approx $300-450 (20,00-30,000 taka)
Thank you,
